Great experience. Had my first checkup with the dentist and my dentist was lovely.
In comparison, I moved over from my last place as a had had an awful experience where the person made my gums bleed during the examination and during a clean and told me me teeth weren't great, stains and my molars were impacting and all of that would need to be private costs that would probably cost thousands.

In comparison, I had a simple and lovely conversation with the lady dentist I saw at Damira, explained I'd been told these things and she said it simply wasn't true, showed me an x-ray of my mouth and explained it all saying everything was great. Very reassuring and clear. Honestly the difference between the two practices is as unbelievable. Cannot recommend Damira Dentists more highly. It's new, clean, easy to book appointments with reception, accept NHS patients. Parking is a bit busy but can't really complain on balance.

Brilliant practice. Clean, modern, some parking available, lots of availability.
Lower mark for moving appointment time last minute without real contact (just a text) and for the huge amount of messages received by them! With my two children and me linked to my account, I am inundated with information.

This is the worst dentist practice I have ever dealt with. My mother’s appointments have been cancelled last minute, been told to go to the wrong referral, then been notified and was issued an email on missing appointment when it was their poor communication, asked to have another referral as the dentist notes were incomplete even though the check up with management of an abscess was carried out issuing a referral to another NHS practice. If you like to waste your time and get sent from pillar to post then stay at this practice if you want to be supported by professionals I’d recommend Oakleigh Practice in Windsor

Had my first dental visit today, my hygienist Sureena was excellent, well informed. Appointment was a bit delayed, it would be nice and appreciated if reception was more attentive. If they realise your appointment is running late, it’s only good practice to keep clients updated, instead they just leave you sitting there.
Very clean environment. Aesthetic impressive.
Reception to improve on customer service, although they seemed very chatty with what appeared to be their usual clients.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dental practice.

At my first appointment, they refused to see me due to being 5 minutes late, despite their claimed 10-minute cutoff policy.

In subsequent appointments they regularly kept me waiting over half an hour without even an apology, resulting in unnecessary time off work.

For my fifth appointment, the timings and dates were changed three times before being cancelled altogether on the day.

Today, after receiving numerous texts and emails over the past month confirming my rescheduled appointment, I was left a voicemail just an hour before to inform me that the Dentist has gone independent and I would now be required to pay full price.

At every appointment, despite being an NHS patient fully exempt from dental charges, I was repeatedly pressured to see their specialist or pay for full cleans at additional cost. I was made to feel uncomfortable and guilty when I explained that I couldn’t afford these charges.

Overall, this practice has shown a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for their patients. Inconsistent policies, excessive delays, last-minute cancellations, and abrupt changes in service have made my experience both frustrating and deeply disappointing. The additional pressure to pay for unnecessary treatments has only added to the stress.

I strongly advise others to avoid this practice.

I recently had a tooth extraction at Damira Dental Clinic, and I can’t praise the team enough for how well they looked after me. From the moment I walked in, both the dentist and nurse made me feel so comfortable. They explained the whole process clearly, which really helped ease my nerves.

I was quite anxious and even panicked at one point, but they were incredibly patient and reassuring. They took the time to calm me down before proceeding, and I never felt rushed or overlooked.

It’s rare to find such a kind and professional team. If you’re looking for a dental clinic that truly puts their patients first, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for making a stressful experience so much easier!

When I arrived the receptionist was on a phone call so I waited…and waited…and waited. When the call went to music…I thought she’d ask if she could help. I waited until someone else came…

But also I was with hygienist. Dentist said I had bad gum disease. I had to see the hygienist. Cost me £80 on top of £73 dental fee. But hygienist said not much sign of gum disease? Gums seemed good. Made me think I had been pushed into spending £80 more than I needed to!!! I won’t be tricked like that again.
