I've always been impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of Damira East Cowes. My dentist and assistant (Lumi and Deb) were, as usual, calm, supportive and good-humoured. They treat me with kindness and respect, and get the job done quickly and very professionally. The receptionists and support staff have, in my experience, always been as helpful and accommodating.

To say I was nervous having an Extraction and two fillings was an understatement! My dentist made me feel at ease and assured me I will be fine. I hardly felt anything at all throughout the procedures.

When my husband had a problem he was told to go down the following morning and to sit and wait to be seen. I expected to have a long wait but he was seen very quickly and he was sorted out very quickly over the next few weeks. I had a problem and was able to get an appointment the following morning. I did go private but I was happy with the treatment I received.

Just been to see the hygienist and what a lovely lady Karen is. So caring and understanding and puts you at your ease. Thank you

Awful dentist, son is autistic and his usual has decided to go private so saw someone else. They were so rude and told to go private even though we are nhs patients. My son needs fillings and was referred to have under sedation 7 months ago and the dentist didn't follow through with providing information so can't have that sorted now, complete shambles of a place.

What a lovely dentist. I was extremely nervous as I haven't been to the dentist for 15 years but they were so kind and accommodating. I can't recommend them enough and feel happy to go back in 6 months. Anyone dentist phobic, this is the place to go.

What an asset to the practice; Karen was friendly, professional and informative, willing to answer any questions put to her - and humorous.
Every procedure was explained and done with gentleness and care - and not rushed.
Gave lots of advice re oral hygiene and encouragement to continue with my oral care.

From reception to treatment room staff treat you with courtesy and are very friendly. In recent days we’ve seen the dentist and hygienist. Both explained their actions as they went about the work and couldn’t be faulted.
