Dale Pharmacy

Avoid this pharmacy. I’ve had to change as they haven’t a clue what they are doing. I was always having to chase items up. Denise is wonderful but the other woman has an a couldn’t care less attitude.

Excellent pharmacy. Staff extremely helpful & go above & beyond. Would highly recommend to all.

My mum is always left with no medication which are blister packs and my mum is very poorly, now my mum has no medication yet again, absolutely disgusting

I absolutely would recommend this pharmacy to everybody. I have had exceptional service from all the staff including the pharmacist. My circumstances have been more than challenging over the last few months and they have gone above and beyond what they needed to do. They have been very kind to me and extremely helpful. I am moving soon and I would love to continue with them but unfortunately I am moving out of the area. This indeed will be a very hard wrench. I have used a lot of pharmacies over the years but never have I found one as good as the staff in Dale pharmacy, bebington road, rock ferry. I can't say thank you enough times to them all, I will miss them dreadfully. Thank you to each and every member of staff. Cheers Sue Davies X

Went at 1.30 today 16/12. Was met by a horror of a woman holding the door half open telling me they were "closed for lunch" despite letting a delivery man out at the same time. I argued that if a lunch hour was that important to her, why is she allowing deliveries ? Her only answer was to slam the door in my face Dale Pharmacies. Times are hard for everyone in business. I suggest you review your 1970's opening times and employ staff who can adapt to the stop/start demands of retail to suit their lunch break. If this woman insists on ancient ways of work, she should at least have some politeness when she refuses to take your customers money.

My wife and I have recently changed our nominated pharmacy to Dale Pharmacy in Rock Ferry. We both agree that the change has been extremely positive. The service is quicker and more efficient as well as being friendly and personal. We would both highly recommend this pharmacy.

Had my flu jab at Dale Pharmacy. Excellent service just call in and protect yourself from the flu this year. I could not reccomened them more highly.
