My trainer Hazel was absolutely amazing at explaining every aspect of care and answering all questions the group had. She wouldn’t move on until everyone fully understood this. Rita also did an amazing job also at taking us through the documents and educating us on fire safety , special needs etc. I have worked in care before and have never had such thorough training before, I learnt a lot. I’m taking a lot of new things from training that will help me in my carer and couldn’t be more thankful to hazel and Rita for this.

I have just done 3 day training with hazel and can I say she is a great trainer first going in I was extremely worried I wouldn’t be able to do a lot of the stuff but hazel trained me and showed and explained everything in good detail absolutely great trainer dale care also look after my grandad and he absolutely loves the carers and what they do for him and I can definitely say I have witnessed there care for him and I can say they really do follow the appropriate guidelines and procedures for him since doing the training and knowing now so thank you definitely made a great choice

I had Hazel and Rita for a 3 day training and even though it seems like such a short time I personally learned so much from them both. Hazel teaches in a really understandable way to the point where I felt like I was taking every word she said in and managing to remember how to follow professional practice. Rita was also so brilliant with her methods of making such a huge chunk of information sink in. I highly recommend both Rita and Hazel if you are training for either perfect care or dale care.

Dale Care have been caring for my Mother for a few weeks now and I have not had a single problem with them. They call four times a day to tend to her medical and personal needs and each carer I have met is friendly and extremely helpful. At first my mother was a bit unsure about having carers coming to her house but now she is more used to it, she actually enjoys their visits and I also think the extra company is very good for her. I am genuinely happy with Dale Cares services and am happy to recommend them.

Dale Care staff put the care back into carer. They have been looking after my dad who lives alone, regular twice per day visits, he is 84 and they have had a really difficult time of late with calling ambulances and liaising with district nurses and rapid response teams. That have been great, I live over an hour and a half away, but I know my dad is in safe hands, I see him twice a week and he really likes all the staff. They have kept me up to date and genuinely they appear to be really invested in what they do, previous carers were horrendous and neglectful, this team are fantastic, also really good response from the admin team and care coordinators. Could not fault them, thanks everyone... Karon.

I been training for 3 day Hazel she a great trainer but I would like to recommend to training more then 3 day because it a lot thing to learn and not enough time if you want your employees be professional they need more time to really understand and ready to work like professionals. And everybody should learn E-learning before training it will help them understand quicker.
