I needed a medical for my HGV renewal. Liked the look of this place so booked an appointment. I could go cheaper but you can't mess about with official forms. Waiting area clean and neat. Complimentary water too. Waiting time was OK and staff very friendly.

I had an appointment with Dr Njoku in Shrewsbury. The doctor was very rude and dismissive, he would not take the time to discuss my medical history in order to understand it which lead to him filling out my form incorrectly. I tried to clarify this at the end of the appointment after checking my form however he would not alter it. My licence is now delayed whilst the DVSA clarify this with my GP. I would avoid this company in future as they will write anything to cover themselves. Spend the extra money and go to your GP who has your records and can accurately fill in your D4 form.

I would give no stars, but there isn't the option. Avoid at all costs. Went to Shrewsbury twice to be told blood pressure too high. All very rushed with no chance for it to go down... didn't even have time to warm the seat I waw sat on. The dr (Esra...) was making mistakes all over the form. The second time I went, the receptionist came out into the car park hassling me and another person inside - I suspect they wanted to go home early - and again, not given time to wait. It may be cheap, but you pay for what you get. Go to your GP where they know what they're doing.

Booked an appointment and paid all online, very easy process. On arrival for my appointment everything was professional and on time. Test cost £55 with eyesight check, very good value for money. Would definitely recommend and use this service again.

A stressful experience. Booked a 9.00 appointment at Horsham. Email instructions said to arrive 15 mins early and to stay in car until doctor called (social distancing because of Covid). Arrived 20 mins early and had a text that doctor running 10-15 mins late. Waited until 9.30 but no call. I decided to go inside the building and found 2 or 3 others all waiting for medicals with D4Drivers. They hadn't had instructions to wait in car. The doctor was clearly busy and when she had finished with the previous person, she saw me next, fortunately. The doctor was perfectly charming and the visit was fine. Only the organisation and instructions were poor.

Awful awful company, Dr was 25 mins late then rushed my medical. Ticked wrong boxes so apparently I have side effects, (news to me) didn't bother to tick other boxes so form not legally filled in correctly. More worryingly she offered to not fill in my blood pressure reading, so I could carry on driving and work with the doctor to get it down and then make another appointment to return and not lose my license. I refused Very dodgy company. Avoid at all costs.

Booking and actual medical were easy and convenient and a good price. UNTIL DVLA sent the form back (after 3 months)_ saying that the Dr had not filled in the medical for correctly (missed out information). I was told i need to travel to Reading to se the same Dr again to get the form rectified - this is not possible as it is a 150 mile trip. I asked if they could just book me a new medical locally at no cost and as this would be easiest but they point blank refused to do this. I now have to make an appointment to get part of the test done separately and send proof of this with the forms back to D4 so that they can then add this to the original and send back to DVLA. What a long winded way around things considering this was their mess to begin with - which i add has now added more time with me not having a licence so cannot prove to potential employers that i am allowed to drive. Simply a new local appointment or a credit and i would rebook elsewhere would surely be better / easier / quicker / less complicated / more professional ....... Beware - get the medic to check and re check the form when they are done. They complete dozens of these examinations a day and can clearly get distracted.
