I used to visit my relative here and I find staff here are unhelpful and not trustworthy at all. My relative was desperate to leave and too scared to stop her medication even though she didn't need it. She says that she will get into trouble if she doesn't take medication which she doesn't need. She shouldn't be made to feel like this. My family and I had to make complaints about the staff as they couldn't be bothered to arrange contact with my relative and make up stories instead. Very difficult staff and unhelpful.

This place should be shut down immediately. Poorly managed place. The staff and doctors are responsible for the mental deterioration of my family member with their poor treatment. Only been out once since August 2022. The sooner this place is shut down the better.
