This is my third edit and last. I’m going to delete my previous comments because there is no ‘Cundall & Duffy’ they were bought out by CVS, PLEASE read the reviews about them on Trustpilot, you will be shocked as I was.

Had my friends puppy in who needed surgery, didn't offer any help or payment plans, made her surrender her dog there and then. Be wary if you haven't got insurance or the money to pay for the treatment. Very upsetting and heartbreaking. My friend was not given any information afterwards to say if the puppy survived the op.

My cat was wrongly diagnosed resulting in significant distress and expense. My consequent complaint was not processed to my satisfaction for the following reasons:
1. I did not receive a response until 39 days after my complaint with the excuse being that a data breach had occurred (they did not tell me if my own data had been breached)
2. My specific questions were not responded to
3. The practice refused free mediation with the vet mediation service (VCMS) that is funded by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

Great vet...
But sadly, on a recent visit, the attending nurse was not at all professional; terrorised my dog with a rough renal gland cleansing and then proceeded to clip his front paw nails too short resulting in high pitched yelping and bleeding!
