Well worth travelling over the border from Scotland to visit Cumbria Smile Clinic for my new dentures. Lisa and Andy make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door and the service is second to none. Love my new dentures and friends and family say it makes me look a lot younger. From very nervous approach from me to a warm welcome from Andrew and Lisa.
Andrew talked me through whole process of having new dentures and at each appointment. He explained each step.
Now I'm proud owner of new dentures and can smile and put lipstick on.
I won't lie takes some getting used to fully dentures, but smile and fit are incredible.
Certainly would recommend anyone to them

Excellent quick service my denture broke a tooth when I accidentally dropped them in the sink .
I dropped them off yesterday Andrew had repaired them ready to collect today .
Would highly recommend and Lisa is so nice and helpful

Amazing service and product. My son needed a specially made gum shield for rugby as none of the shop bought ones would fit him correctly. His custom made gum shield arrived yesterday and we are over the moon with it, Excellent quality and it fits perfectly. We can not thank you enough and will definitely be ordering another one as a spare.

I cannot praise the service I've received highly enough.
I was put at ease from the original telephone call to my free consultation.
Every part of the process was clearly explained .
All Covid safety measures in place from the NHS app on the entry door and inside the building , hand sanitiser on arrival and the specified time in between consultation.
I am so pleased with my new dentures , they look natural, shape and shade and I am so confident with my new smile .
My dentures fit perfectly and no discomfort whatsoever.
Thank you so much indeed Andrew you do an excellent job from start to finish and thank you Lisa as well.

Wow, ordered a coloured, personalized gum sheild for my son for rugby... the gum sheild arrived quickly and was exactly what i asked for...super fast delivery service, and the communication between us was amazing too....would I order again? Yes in

Andrew knows his stuff. Friendly and certain to put you at ease.
An informal chat and a description of what you would like done and Andrew delivers in spades.
Lesa makes you feel at home and sorts out all the paperwork. She also runs a very tight ship where the current covid 19 is concerned. You can feel totally safe from the moment you enter till the moment you leave. All safety precautions are met from both Lesa and Andy.
I couldn't be more pleased with the work Andy did for me, and would highly recommend Cumbria Smile to anyone.
