Great experience, they've a number of different offerings and I opted for the Cryotherapy and Sauna.
I immediately felt the benefit from the cryo and the sauna has left me feeling lighter all day!

He took the time to understand my issues, explained the treatment plan in detail, and tailored exercises that really made a difference. I came in with chronic shoulder pain, and thanks to their expertise, I'm now almost pain-free and stronger than ever. Health is wealth people and i highly recommend drinking kengan water and using all the centre’s facilities they can provide its breath taking high quality stuff, im a cancer patient and i will never go back to drinking any other water then alkaline water its helped me in so much ways i cant explain. U must try them out!

Been a few times now for the cryo and infra red sauna ,
I was sceptical about the cyro, but feeling the immediate and also after benefits from it has really made old injuries a distant memory And also can honestly recommend it !
