Very professional staff. From the moment I walked in I could tell that I was going to be looked after. I had the luxury facial with algae face mask. It was very refreshing and my face felt lovely afterwards, and still does. Laura who did my treatment was an absolute delight and certainly knew her stuff. Not only that, she was chatty and cheerful and by the time I left I felt I'd had a top treatment and some laughter therapy too! Fabulous place and great staff. I will definitely go back, and take my family there too *****

I’ve had a membership here for 3 months now and after just 2 had lost several inches using just the treatments in my membership. Love it here and will keep the membership up for sure! Recommend the cryochamber for metabolism and circulation, especially the 5 day challenge!

Ruth and her team are lovely, very professional and helpful. Looking forward to seeing my results over the next couple of months.
Had a lovely facial as part of my package today ,different to one's I've had in the past ,thoroughly recommend.
Had my final EMS today,12 in total since1st March had 2 fat freezes one end of February 25, the other end of March, had my measurements done again today and sadly absolutely no change since 24th February. Very disappointed and so's my partner who kindly paid the treatment

I’ve had such a lovely experience with Ruth and Ryan at Cryojuvenate! The Cryo chamber is a weird and wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend. It’s helped me with my Hyrox training and recovering from running injuries. The minus eighty five degree temperature sounds awful, but the friendly staff are there the whole time and it’s surprisingly comfortable. I would strongly recommend!

My first time visiting was warm and welcoming I was offered a complimentary coffee while I waited. My friend and I went in for the ice chamber. I was a little scared at first but Ruth was amazing and guided me through what to do and was present the whole time to make sure we were ok. I would definitely recommend. As a sufferer of fibromyalgia I can say I felt so much better after one session but I wasn’t able to go back to continue a course which I will be booking in the near future !!!!
