Since joining this practice a year ago, my parents have received wonderful care. They have been contacted for annual long term condition reviews, had comprehensive medication reviews with a pharmacist and following a fall, had a home visit from a lovely doctor yesterday. We really appreciate the care given to our parents and wanted to thank you all. Particularly the reception team who are always really helpful, even when they are busy. This practice has gone above and beyond.

This surgery has improved a lot over the past couple of years. Saw Dr Kaczmar a while ago now, who was really good and open to what I was saying. He seemed like someone who thinks, which is a rare thing these days:)

Dr Jerry is the rudest doctor I have ever met, I saw him twice and he was oddly rude at both times. It is really not our problem if he hates his job so much. Would not recommend this surgery as some receptionist are also rude.

Avoid this surgery like the Plague. Especially if you are classed as a "vulnerable citizen". I know of the sad deaths of 3 people recently who begged for "support" yet their pleas were completely dismissed by a particular female GP at the practice. My partner has been waiting for referrals to Mental Health (which 10 months on STILL has not happened) and she has also constantly being "fobbed off" with chronic stomach pains and incontinence when she's asking for a scan at the Hospital. She has also had a "Tablet seeking behaviour" marker on her NHS record by an Asian male GP who had never had any contact with! Despite her having "evidence" and "admittance" of the theft of her Medications whilst she was in supported accommodation. She has also been made to feel like a lesser human unworthy of "care", "support" or "Kindness". Because of "atrocious" followings of their "policies" and "procedures" over the ACTUAL "care" aspect of the IMPORTANT role they are SUPPOSEDLY meant to do! DISGRACEFUL the way they have been treating her!! Would havebeen"struck off" for much less a few years ago. And I think it should happen now before anyone else is forced into taking "drastic methods" to END the "suffering" they feel forced into doing sadly.

I had a bad experience at the medical clinic. When I called them at 11:00 AM, the receptionist told me that she couldn't book an appointment for me and that I should call back tomorrow at 8:30 AM. I did call the next day at 8:30 AM, but unfortunately, no one answered. I tried calling 40 times, but each time the call ended with "call ended". This experience was very frustrating, and I hope that customer service will be improved in the future.
