Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, an IHG Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, 50% off cocktails, and 20% of beer 5-7pm at the bar. The beds are huge and supportive, quite air conditioning. Rooms were well cleaned, and there were plenty of towels, robes, and slippers. The hotel is being extended at this time to make more rooms. The sauna, steam, pool, and jacuzzi could also do with being modernised and made bigger. They all worked during our stay, so much appreciated we could use all.

Pleasant quiet location one hour from Gatwick Airport.|The hotel was clean. Staff very pleasant. First class service. Breakfast and restaurant food really tasty and food portion size large enough. Spa and pool area with starry sky, sauna and dimmed lights absolutely magical. Would recommend for couples even if a break away from everyday life for a relaxing weekend. Travelling from Growne Plaza to Nomadic Dinner in the middle of the English countryside is easy. This open-air restaurant with its atmosphere has left an indelible impression on me.The Nomadic Diner is 12 minutes from the hotel by car. |I have stayed in 5 star hotels where I have not received such a high level of service as at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Reception check in and check out was very smooth. I stayed with my family there and Amrita made our experience incredible. From the moment we checked - in she was polite and welcoming. One particular moment that stood out was how she cared for my elderly grandmother. Amrita noticed my grandmother had some mobility challenges and immediately arranged for a room closer to the lift , ensuring she didn’t have to walk far. She even checked in regularly if we needed anything extra to make our stay more comfortable. |Then we went to restaurant for our dinner which was again amazing . Food presentation and the service was perfectly nice. Thank you crowne plaza for making our stay amazing .

Superb hotel with high quality look and feel throughout. Excellent helpful and friendly staff are everywhere. Good location for the area and near major road links but still with some nice views. Nice big car park as well.||Loved the nice sized pool and jacuzzi along with steamer. Excellent health and fitness feature of hotel. Nice cosy bar area and restaurant off to side for dinner and breakfast. Loved the Shepherd’s Pie. So scrumptious and perfect size. ||Breakfast had everything you needed and was well laid out so you didn’t all bump into each other getting your bits. You can really set yourself up for the day. Definitely glad I included breakfast. ||Room was smart and stylish and had a big comfy bed. Nice walk in shower, struggled a bit with getting the temperature right but mastered it in the end. Good storage and good tea and coffee facilities with a few sweet treats. Not much in the mini bar but not an issue. Room had good air con and easy to warm up as it was a cold night. |All in all a great hotel with super staff.

A very good experience arriving Friday 06.09.24 for a wedding the next day. The hotel looks great from the outside, and the room my wife & I stayed at was good. Our only gripe is that we did not receive the slippers with the 2x dressing gown, as well as the buffet breakfast being cold for Saturday & Sunday breakfast. I will finish on a positive note that the swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi were 5 stars.

Really enjoyed our stay this weekend. Great customer service from the reception staff, catering staff and the ladies down in the spa facilities. Dinner was tasty and drinks were also good. Enjoyed the breakfast and the variety they had, but wasn’t the best. Possibly, speak to the receptionist in the spa area, who seemed to have an attitude on both days we popped into the faculties. Thank both ladies who worked on us this morning, very professional and friendly.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst attending a wedding in the Events centre of the same venue. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and check out was smooth too. We were warmly welcomed and supported with all our queries. Thanks to Ibraheem and Mewriga for all their help and friendly chats. They handled our multiple bookings for family seemlessly and offered to help with bags. It was a great stay.

Overnight stay for an event held here. Comfortable rooms and bed (albeit a little overcrowded with furniture for the space), and generous shower space. I would love fresh milk in the fridge for tea and coffee rather than the packets, along with something other than Nescafe original powder.
