The one thing I’ll say first is that everyone in this practice works for the good of the patient. However my main observation is that during the last six months I have not seen the same clinician twice and the transfer of information becomes disjointed. I appreciate the response times for appointments but wonder if continuity of care with the same clinician could be considered moving forward.

I have nothing but praise for Crossley Street surgery. Especially Dr Emily Parsloe who continues to see me regularly since she started here. So professional & yet still keeps a comfortable friendly manner
Also Dr Jonathan Thompson. I have only seen him twice, but I was so impressed with his knowledge & kindness.

The Dr was very considerate to my 7 year old, speaking directly to her and asking permission to examine her abdomen. The Dr diagnosed acid and prescribed medication and booked a follow up on 2 weeks which was appreciated. Very professional and efficient service.

Crossley street surgery is simply the best medical practice I have ever been registered with. I have been with the practice for around ten years now and during that time have had nothing but first class attention from everyone who has dealt with me. I have been seen twice now by Dr S. Schofield and have been very happy bot times. The ease of obtaining an appt with the Accurx system was good.
Dr Schofield was friendly and easy to talk to. He actively listened and I felt understood. He initiated a plan which was great and evolved that further in the 2nd appt. Thankyou very much.

Cant say enough good things about Marie the receptionist, and Dr Lawrence, she has been a trusted and familiar face for all my family. Luckily I don’t have to frequent the surgery very often? But the service from Marie, and doctor Lawrence was totally reassuring. I pray she stays with crossley street surgery for many years to come🙏🥰xx

Doctors practice is improving however the same cannot be said for the pharmacy Day Lewis. They are hopeless. They allow long queues to build up before eventually deploying more staff to the counter, I had to visit them 3 times before I received my medication which took 8 minutes and 2 members of staff to find. Three people in front of me were all complaining of errors in their medication. Dreadful. They would go bust within a week if they had to compete for the business
