Some of the receptionists make it impossible to see a doctor, and it seems that the only helpful receptionist was recently fired, the actual Dr/nurse staff are great but it's almost impossible to actually see them. The pharmacist at the surgery also isn't much help and never calls me when it's been arranged for my medication review so I end up having the request the same dose again when I'm supposed to come off it. Really not a great surgery, which is a shame as the actual medical staff are great!

Edit - spoke to a different pharmacist just now who sorted it for me!

Worst practice i’ve ever been. Dr is aggressive, unprofessional, rude, dismissive and a bad doctor. refused to send me for any referrals or tests and dismissed any concerns i had about my health and told me “it’s nothing you’re fine” . I moved practices and it turns out after the proper tests that I have a serious disability that could’ve been diagnosed years earlier! I have also been prescribed multiple medications that I discovered upon moving surgery were in fact not supposed to be taken together and had very negative interactions with one another. one of the other doctors is okay but only if you have a common issue like an infection or a cold or a sprained wrist pretty much useless when it comes to any more serious or uncommon health issues.

In March, we received a letter saying that we would have to find a new GP, they said we were out of their catchment area.
My husband has been a patient for 60 years and I have for 21 years. We were told we were still in the catchment area in 2003 when we move home.
I complained and was repeatedly told that the manager was away.
I suffer from anxiety and depression and was upset that we were kicked out.
A receptionist excuse was , well they have built new houses!
Rubbish and also promised that the manager would be in touch when they returned!
Still waiting for an explanation or apology 7 months later!!
Appalling treatment, with little thought for patients wellbeing.

Very BAD GP as a whole! Can't get an appointment, reception staff is Lazy, unethical, doesn't have any sense on how to speak to someone! Aggressive reception staff. Doctors don't triage appt requests if they do they triage it for a week later appt even if you were poorly to be seen on the same day. Please don't
Make a mistake to register to this GP. Disgusting staff memebers!!! I can't imagine how on earth they are running a Gp. They have many bad reviews already but they haven't been shut down yet!

My mum was recently put on a 24 heart monitor , they detected an extra beat but did not send her to a specialist and ignored the fact our family has a long line of heart problems, my mum ended up having a cardiac arrest because these fools didn't do their job right! I nearly lost my mum because they failed to do the right thing! On top of that while luckily in recovery, my mum got 20 questions from the pharmacist in the gps as to why she wanted a dossette box for 14 plus tabs! My mum was told her pharmacy didn't do them and then she was fobbed off being told they weren't easier! I called her pharmacy up and guess what they do dossette boxes! I would suggest updating your information before confusing people in recovery!

Over 2 years I have been repeatedly let down by my doctors, pharmacists, receptionist etc who are arrogant, incompetent and don't understand the law or do anything on time. Constantly chasing them and never getting results. Will now be leaving this practice.
Dr Luk tries, but this doesn't make up for failures across the practice. Only chose them because they were local but given I've never actually seen a doctor in the last 2 1/2 years this makes no difference.

I'll also complain to my ICB. And advise others to do the same.

Awful staff aside from 2 People, the staff all talk badly about each other and about patients, no training provided, lied to about why I was dismissed, lied to about when I'd be paid to.

Very rude receptionist, she thinks she is Qualified Dr to give patients advice, after explaining her my serious problem she straight away refused to give me appointment, I already seen Dr with same problem a year ago she did checked my records on my request and accept that I have been seen Dr for same issue but this time Receptionist thaught she is more Qualified then Dr and she Decided it's not serious problems and she didn't give me appointment,
