When I was first admitted to Crombie house I didn't have the best experience, I was continuously let down by the service. However this changed once I changed doctors, in the past year I couldn't thank the staff enough, they helped me through a difficult time, provided me with continuous help and made me feel understood and supported. It is clear that they genuinely care about their patients and want to help them, and hence in their roles for the right reasons despite them being stretched to the limit.

Rung today regarding a medication issue. I was very anxious but I spoke to Ali, the loveliest man ever!! He listened to me and really recognised my worries. He was understanding, very helpful and just took all my anxiety away!!

I have been attending Crombie House for quite a few years. Yes they are busy, yes the poor staff are overworked, yes there is a wait for treatment. BUT they care, and the grass isn't always greener, my experience of Bucks MH care was much worse, and I got passed from pillar to post all the time. Here there is continuity and that goes a long way for me. You need to own your own care anywhere you go in the NHS, here is no different.

My personal experience with crombie house is to say that they have been very good in helping me with the problems that I'm suffering with and I would like to say a special thank you to all staff working there. Don't forget these people who work in the mental health and other sectors of our NHS are stretched to extremes, so please be patient and kind. Thank you.

When your in crisis they tell you they will call you back that day and never do. I understand covid making waiting times longer but my partner has been manic for weeks and they have been palming us off everytime we call. I'm seriously considering hospital as crombie is so shockingly rubbish when you need help.

An absolute shambles! My other half has been 4 times for what seems to be 4 evaluations so I presume they are either completely thick or keep losing the paper work every time. Don't wait for them to ring you arrange an appointment as they quite simply won't, you'll have to do that yourself. Would recommend anyone wanting a diagnosis or effective treatment to go elsewhere as this place will only stress you out.
