I would say by far the worst doctors surgery I have ever had to come in contact with. My mum has used this surgery all her life so didn't want to change but I will be asking her to change. No response on the phones, reception is useless and just point you online. How is a 70 year old suppose to use online websites or Apps? Ridiculous place! Needs to be shut down or taken over by new ownership!

I have used this practice for some time and i can safely say they go the extra mile. The staff and the GP's are very friendly and approachable. I find patches to be very quick and easy to use. I have got an appt very quickly and all staff at my interaction were very helpful. Liz is also very knowledgable as a advanced nurse practitioner. Lovely clean practice as well. I would highly recommend.

Extremely poor standards and staff require training in all areas
-They uploaded the wrong medical info on my brothers record; saying he has Type 2 Diabetes and is taking metformin and insulin. I only became aware when he was admitted into hospital and the doctor was going to give him insulin. I discovered the GP surgery uploaded this info in error. My brother could have died because of this!! luckily he is always with a carer. The GP sent me a letter to apologise. However, it still says he is on metformin and insulin. He has NEVER had Type 2 Diabetes and HbA1c has always been normal.
- They have never supported him with his disability and this has resulted in many missed oppurtunities that would have prevented his current health problems
- GP and admin staff provide a very poor standard of care. I was constantly having to ring up and prompt them to action the consultants care plan- admin would say I need to complete a patches request ? this didn't make sense because they had consultant letters and letters from 3 different services advising the same, so why do I have to wait and complete a patches, why can't you just do your job properly- they only actioned the plan recently when I asked for his full medical record and said I am going to complain via PALS
Overall I would highly advise to STAY AWAY FROM THIS GP SURGERY

Wouldn't give it 1* but this is the only option. Rung the surgery at 8am in the morning as I had Internet issues was unable to do use patches. Spoke to Lewis Gallop the reception supervisor, asked a series of questions and told me that the doctor would call me at some point today, when I asked roughly when, I was told by Lewis that he was unable to give me a time but Dr. Abbas has been tasked. Waited all day for the Dr to call but NO CALL!!! This is absolutely frustrating, nobody wants to go to the doctors, unless they need to. It's not like it was a face to face appointment, it was a call, and that couldn't be done. Appalling service. You have to wait weeks to been seen by GP or wait hours for the phones to be answered. The ICB, CCG and NHS England really need to look at surgeries that are under performing and putting patient care and safety at risk!

If I could give zero reviews I would. First of all, why are we speaking to a receptionist who is 15 foot away from the actual receptionist desk in another room! Massively unprofessional. My appointment was at 16:00. I arrived at the surgery and was in the que at 16:04.

I was then told once they spoke to me that I was 10 minutes late. I was not 10 minutes late! They took 5 minutes to speak to me. They then told me to sit down and they will see if the doctor will see me. Ten they proceeded to cancel my appointment stating I did not attend while I was in the surgery.

I have been told by an A&E doctor that I urgently need a chest x-Ray if my round of antibiotics does not deal with the infection. It did not, It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment and then it has been cancelled and delayed for another week.

I will be taking this complaint further. No professionalism in this practice in the slightest. No compassion as they must understand that the public only come to them when they are unwell and need care! They don’t need this at their time of need. The ICB will be hearing about this from my firm.

-1/10. I'd give minus if I could. Extremely badly managed. Phones are ignored while staff chat. Staff are rude and hang up to avoid calls. They delay and push off appointments so much I had to go to A&E with a chest infection as I was coughing blood and they refused to help by even answering the phones. I tried everyday for weeks and was told to use PATCHES which I did repeatedly and there was no action. Then the final straw was when a male member of staff hung up on me after 2 seconds of him not hearing a reply( i was replying he was probably lying ) before hanging up and giving the reception a chance to pick up my voice and then he proceeded to lie when I went in the practice to confront him and tried to say it wasn't him but it was a bad lie as he was the only male there then he gave some quarter hearted apology. Thankful other members of staff dealt with me and listened to my concern but it seems the majority there don't care. It seems management has given up on the place and so have the staff. Of you check the reviews form other croft sites across the country it's the same. Don't ever sign up with these people you put yourself at risk. If I was a older person that chest infection may of killed me. -1/10 , this place should be closed down and is a danger to vulnerable people.

Worst GP service I have ever experienced in the UK, never found any oppointment by them. Wether I try through patchs, called them or drive to them. Staff is so irresponsible, they lost my daughter's home country immunity record which I gave them as nurse want to compare it, made several visits and they always said they will give me a call back and never got call from them. My daughter is permanently on enhealer and I had to call them at least two or three times to repeat it. Once I drive down, asked for repeat prescription and the guy told me its done and i can get it from pharmacy next day, after one day I went to the pharmacy and he didn't send request at all, went back to gp, there were another receptionist and she told me that request was never booked and she did it again... really painful experience and poor service, especially when I am oaying thousand of pounds every year IHS surcharge.
