I cannot comment on the quality of treatments but I have a comment on the professionalism and integrity of the owner, Jaime Roe in relation to an ongoing issue I have with her business.
5 years ago I had Botox at home, by Jaime and therefore have her company bank details saved on my online banking.
I made a huge error at the end of July and accidentally sent £1000 meant for my joint bank account to Jaime’s business account. I blame tiredness, I’ve got 3 small children!
As you can imagine, I contacted my bank immediately. However I also contacted Jaime. You’d have thought when I explained the situation and shared my phone number so we could discuss she would do the honest thing, that any business owner would do, and fix this issue.
I explained that this money was to pay my mortgage and provide food for my children for the following month.

I have contacted Jaime on Facebook. And my husband called her. She has done nothing but evade the conversation and decline to return my money. I gave her the benefit of the doubt in resolving this. However it’s now nearly 2 weeks down the line and I expect she has no intention whatsoever of doing the right thing.

She has shown no integrity or compassion at all and her professionalism as a company director is abysmal! For a business to not returned monies paid in error, is a legal offence. And so unfortunately I will also have to now involve the police. All could have been avoided if Jaime had done the right and honest thing.

I hope her skills as an aesthetics practitioner are of a higher standard than her morals.

+++ update - I went through a process with my bank to have the £1000 returned.
They contacted Jaime’s bank explaining the error. Jaime has contested that the money was paid in errror and as a result I am having to take her to court to get this resolved! I can’t quite believe any respectable business owner would behave like this.

I had Botox and it swelled up and was extremely painful as it went in and for days afterwards. I have Never experienced this before anywhere else and have been having Botox for 27 years. I contacted the owner and the first contact I had was 2 days later, once I had posted a review, of a threat of legal action because I used the word ' cheap' in my first review which I have now removed. I would discourage anyone considering visiting after my experience.

I’ve been visiting Jaime and her team for over 3 years now and it’s always a positive experience whether the procedure is done by Jaime herself or by one of her students.
Having had Botox elsewhere previously I was shocked at the improved results and time period my results lasted for after coming to Face2face. The products here are obviously of a higher quality or are truly what they say they are compared to others who must inject less or water down the product for profit as I’ve never had results lasting less than 3 months with Face2face and have only once required a 2 week top up post procedure!!! Couple that with amazing offers I would highly recommend and personally wouldn’t trust now going anywhere else.

I’ve just recently completed some training with Jaime & her team. From the minute you sign up for your chosen course Jamie was on hand to offer support with the pre study & any questions I might have had. During the days of training in Stoke-on-Trent the premises are just beautiful & extremely hygienic. Her team work effortlessly & professionally together & are nothing but friendly & welcoming. No question is too big or too silly. Jamie is amazing at what she does & I really enjoyed watching her work her magic. She shares with you all her knowledge with ease.

I’ve had treatment by Jaime at face2face for quite a while now. I’m not good with needles but Jaime distracts me and gets the job done quickly and painlessly. The results are brilliant and make me look years younger! I would definitely recommend them.
