I have been a patient with Dr Eddy and Dr Craven from being a child. I am 47 now. I now have a family of 7 who are also patients since birth. I cannot praise them enough from the reception staff, admin staff, nurses and GPs. They have helped us through some very difficult times. One of my children has very complex needs and all I can say is they have been amazing with all of us. I have never had a problem being seen the same day if it is a genuine emergency. They may be difficult to get through to as they cover a massive area and phones are very busy but if you keep trying you will get through. Also when the Doctors do see you they are very thorough and listen to what you say. Many GPs will only deal with one issue. Our GPs take a more holistic approach and listen to what you are saying. As for the receptionists I have never experienced any rudeness but I have witnessed people being rude to them. They are only human and bend over backwards!!!
They are all amazing and have given a fantastic service for most of my life. For all the staff - You deserve a medal. Many thanks...... Always!!!

Tried to call to make an appointment. Over 200 times. Just engaged. I decided to call in and was greeted with nothing but attitude and stares from the ladies in reception. They offered me an appointment over 3 weeks from the date I asked. I said that’s ridiculous and needed to see a doctor as I had waited with the problem for nearly 2 weeks to see if it would go away. It hasn’t so now I’m waiting for a call from one of the doctors to see if I’m poorly enough to get help. I find it absolutely the most frustrating experience topped of by staff looking down their noses just because 3weeks is simply not acceptable.

Not had a problem with this doctors really other than been put on hold when you first get through for no reason. This morning we phoned for a rash on our four year old daughter. This surgery would not see her but asked us to send photos instead which is appalling to say the least.

Never able to contact, can't get through at all. Since my last review I have changed doctors. If I could put lower than 1 star I would. I have been trying to get them to send over my details to the new doctors for about 5 month now. Nothing at all from them. My new doctors have contacted them several times and still nothing. Shocking to be fair.

Been at the same doctors for 21 years and everytime I need to be seen it's an issue, today I got sent to a different medical centre to be seen yet they still take new people on and carnt help the people they already have . The majority of the reception staff are rude, they make you feel unesasary. I never get seen at my appointment time even though when im with the doctor it's a matter of minutes. I fail understand what a doctor's is for, if it's not an emergency for A&E but you are ill and have already tried sorting it yourself, who should you go to?!

My family and several members of our family have been with this practice for many years. We have all had excellent service from the doctors admin and nursing staff who have worked there over the years. Recently I had a worry about a skin issue- I was unsure if I could be seen given COVID-19- I was seen same day.

This surgery have done an amazing job since the start of the pandemic unlike another surgery in the village who slam their doors shut as soon as a lockdown is announced. Both doctors, nurses and admin staff deserve the highest praise by continuing to serve their patients and not hiding behind the pandemic to close their doors. If all surgeries throughout the country followed their example life would be a lot easier for patients at this worrying time. Keep up the good work, you are a shining example.

The optician was brilliant, very friendly and professional as were all the staff, any questions i asked were answered and i got my glasses within a week as they had to be ordered with different lenses, but the overall experience was very good.
