Over the years I’ve visited Simone with back and neck problems and she has been a great help in reducing my pain and educating me about my posture and bad habits. I’ve now joined the Pilates class run by Sophie each week. I have been seeing Andrew for almost a year. I was completely out of alignment, I suffered with a bad back, neck & shoulders, often relying on paracetamol to ease tension headaches. I have been going to Sophie’s on and off since I moved here several years ago.
I now see Simone at the practise, she is very understanding, sincere and explains the procedure. I always walk away from the surgery with a spring in my step, feeling happier and more mobile.

My body creaks a bit so I have been going to Cranbrook Osteopathic Practice for many years now and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Sophie tries to squeeze me in if I need an urgent treatment and the osteopaths are just excellent. This week I saw Simone as I had a very painful foot condition caller plantar fasciitis and she was fabulous. Following her treatment and advice on what I could do at home - she also clearly explained exactly what had happened to cause the pain - I was walking normally again in a few days. A better osteopath I don’t think you’ll find.
