Thouruoghly disjointed. They took double price for a particular medicine from me for a private prescription. I just noticed, when I checked the price with boots. When I asked the reason, the lady told me they are an independent phamacy. Be careful when you buy drugs for private prescriptions.

I used to go there and the guys were quite polite. The last time I asked the flavourless, Halibaby Live Culture Drop (contains Lactobacillus friendly bacteria, which naturally inhabits the human gut) because my baby was a bit constipated. The girl was super rude saying that in England don't give this kind of medication without prescription and I got confused with another country!!! When I said that I usually take it from Boots showing the screenshot, she said that Boots is down the road. I have been mistreated just because I got an accent and because she didn't understand what Lactobacillus are. Working in a pharmacy she should understand basic stuff and she must be informed about the medications you can get with or without prescription. I just went to Boots to take it!

It's Easter Bank Holiday Monday, no GP and no Chemist open. On a local paper we used to publish names of chemists open over bank holidays & for emergencies, what happened to that service? It seems that in the #NHS, no one can work out a holiday rota.

Never had a problem with the staff at the this pharmacy, but whoever the new person is answering the phone, needs to work on his phone skills. Absolutely vile the way he talks, very abrupt and rude, talks over you and doesn’t let you finish your sentence when explaining the situation.
