Dr Malik is one of the best doctors in surgery, really kind and understanding. Very helpful towards me and my family. Besides this, the receptionist need to work on their friendliness in particular JEANETTE. Very rude and so much attitude. Very rude to my mom who can’t speak very good English and doesn’t treat her nicely. Cuts us of whilst speaking over the phone and immediately cuts the call. Besides that 5 star rating for Dr Malik.

It is a good place. Looks clean and have parking facilities. There are about 5 practitioner some you will find quite sympathetic to you and willing to help. There are some who always rushing you. Making you feel that they do not have time for you. This could be as result of overall pressure on NHS services. It takes time but you will be seen if you persist.

Didn't have to wait long on the phone, got an appointment very quick. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Definitely one of the better surgery experiences. Thank you

had a very positive experience with Dr. Hergeven Dosanjh at Jubilee Health Centre. Dr. Dosanjh was incredibly helpful, taking the time to listen to my concerns and address my worries. He provided clear explanations about my illness and helped me feel reassured throughout the process. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this GP practice, Dr Malik has been amazing fantastic with his job, he really delivers it with care and helpful advice and response always with a smile to the patient, today I made a call to arrange an appointment to see book for my daughter, I received a GP link to fill out with more information of her medical health reasons to be seen, Nancy has been very helpful for getting this enquiry dealt for today about my daughter's health . Received a text message from GP for her to come and see the Drs before 12. This was effectively very well communicated and on spot for to be seen today and given prescribed with the best prescription could offer for her reason of seeing today health.

Once again thank you timely and helpful delivered committed, communicated with a response and dealt effectively satisfied.
