I recently had a very disappointing experience with this GP practice. The staff appeared to have no clear understanding of the services they offer. I received a message from my GP recommending that I visit the walk-in GP at a specific address. However, when I arrived, the staff dismissed the information, claiming they do not provide such services and instructed me to go back to my GP.

The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, showing little concern for patients. Instead of assisting, they seemed more focused on chatting and relaxing. Their lack of knowledge and poor communication has caused unnecessary stress and confusion.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge management to address the training and behavior of their staff. Patients deserve better care and accurate information.

Went around 17:50 Thursday. Was told that they are closed and not accepting walk ins. Not sure then why it shows open till 10pm? Completely disappointed.

I was there yesterday on 6th Jan 2025. Dr. Mujeeb, Irfan who has seen & investigated me is really professional and kind person. He has done his best as professional and qualified doctor and was so care person for his patients. I really feel so satisfied and happy that he treated me. In addition, the receptionist staff were so kind and welcome smiling people.

Genuinely awful reception staff. Rude and condescending. Stop taking walk ins at 6:30 despite closing at 10pm, despite there only being 6 people waiting to be seen. Everytime we go they're just terrible. GPs are mostly good to be fair but rest of the staff are just awful

I was positively surprised today as I walked in, got screened with 30min, and seen by a doctor within an hour. The staff were really nice and friendly, and attentive to my problem.
I am truly grateful that we have this service available to us, keep the good work!

Perfect place if you’re unemployed and have 4 hours to wait. The last 11 people at the reception desk are not even registered at a GP surgery. Had to leave and go back to work to pay for the system.

waited for 6 hours in extreme pain bawling my eyes out with no one checking up on me. eventually got seen and there doctor realised how serious my condition was and apologised (not their fault, they were understaffed on a SATURDAY.) really appalled.

A good many car park spaces all close by. Two lifts that can be used to get to any of the floors. Each floor has toilets. On the ground floor, there is a cafe run by the volunteers, they are very friendly. And the cafe has many snacks hot and cold. Opposite the cafe is the walk-in centre waiting area. Throughout the day, it gets very busy.
