I have had back problems for over 40 years and leg pain for about 20 years.
I have seen private physios and osteopaths in that time, who have treated each painful area symptomatically.
I recently went to Belinda Mayne with quite a list of different problem areas.
Faced with such a list she took a holistic view and has cracked the underlying problem.
She has made a big difference to me and I cannot recommend her highly enough

I have been having regular reflexology treatments with Ann and cannot recommend her enough. I am quite active, run, cycle a lot and Ann"s reflexology treatment always sorts any cramps or aches plush helping with any other health niggles. Ann is extremely calming, relaxing, which helps reminds me to look after myself. I have recently had facial energy release which is amazing.

Long serving Rugby player with 40 years worth of accumulated injuries and a very sore back hobbled into the clinic barely able to walk. After a full on back massage could feel the tension and pain leave and able to walk out upright and without pain. Follow up treatments in place to keep the beast at bay. Can’t recommend the physio any higher. Well worth the 5 stars would give more if able
