Usually when calling I've always been told to call the next day! However, on this occasion I was told someone would call me back within the hour, which they did!! I was prescribed painkillers and booked in for a Physio appointment for the Saturday. The Physio literally cured my back pain. I do agree that Agble doesn't have a bedside manner....doesn't make him a bad doctor.....there all under strain!!

l am a new patient at this clinic * and unfortunately I came across Dr. Agble. This is the worst and rudest person I have ever met in my life. I read the reviews and they are all negative about him. I wonder why this person practices and where can I complain about him. I never want to meet him again.

I see Dr. Francis on a regular basis for ongoing care and cannot say a bad thing about him. He listens, takes time to explain, and because of him I fell like I am starting to improve.

Infact I will be holding the doctor at this surgery responsible for any wrong that happen to my son. My 6 yrs son has been having breathing difficulties on and off when he sleeps, he keep waking. Up all night being so very restless due to his inability to breath, he struggle with his belly chest sucking in so deep, he forms so much from his mouth. This is not his normal from him . I believe something is not right. Every mother knows their child. My son was diagnosed with an asthma attack recently when taken to a walk in centre and was place on a 3 days treatment of inhaler, he had nubiliser , then asked to get the complete treatment from his gp. Surgery . Just before I get there I have hoped not to be attend to by this particular doctor. As he never pay attention or listen, they just want you to leave and next patient comes in. He has always discharge my son saying nothing is wrong, while just the walk in centre will treat him and then he gets better and breath improves whenever I get turned off at the court view surgery. But on this day, the same doctor has claimed my 6yrs is just snoring and nothing is wrong with his breath even after being treated at the walking and was diagnose of having asthma attack. showed him the doctor unpleasant videos of my son while sleeping. He claimed he is only snoringeven while he appeared struggling for breath in the video, he claim he has no attack . I need to contest this as who is giving the wrong diagnoses and treatment to my 6yr old I am putting this here for record purpose. If anything goes wrong this survey will be responsible. I have seek support but didn’t get any from this surgery.

I used doctor care anywhere because trying to get an appointment is like getting blood out of a stone.

Edit to take my 2 star to 1 due to one of the doctors treating my scared 4 year old like a grown adult. No bedside manner at all, my daughter was so scared and he acted like she was being ridiculous! She's 4 years old!!! Of course she is scared. So next time she was really sick I took money out of savings to pay £110 for a private GP (who was so gentle and caring for my daughter). I hate this surgery, I dread ever having to go there and I refuse to see the doctor that everyone complains about because he isn't very nice.
Medway desperately needs more doctors surgerys, and I'd also recommend better training for GPs to be polite.

Court view surgery turn off the econsalt, don't accept calls until after 2pm and told me to refer myself to get a scan elsewhere. Feel like my own doctor these days just without the wages. Of course I couldn't refer myself so back at square one. Last couple of visits the doctor advised, ice lollies and tummy cholesterol yogurts ? after being driven mad for another 4 weeks, shocker lollies and yogurt didn't work, got an infection and needed antibiotics. Who is in charge there? Seriously?

#NHSEnglandimprovement should really be looking into this practice! Impossible to make an appointment and even reach the surgery! When you call it takes at least 45mins for an answer. Reception just passing you around, requesting for repeat prescriptions ridiculously difficult, no appointment to see a doctor - all they say was to go to A&E. There is no sense of community care! Primary care is very important for EARLY DETECTION of diseases! #NHSEngland #NHSImprovement #NHSCQC

Be prepared to spend over an hour on hold before speaking to anyone! Same old message "short staffed due to staff sickness"
Dr Agble completely disregarded us when i was concerned my baby has reflux. Blamed the fact that I'm a first time parent and it's just what babies are like. Now, 6 weeks later and my baby is worse than ever because he refused to help us with it.
The nurses have even lovely so far
