Would just like to thank Kerry and all the staff, for making last Saturdays party amazing.
It was so loverly to see the residents enjoying themselves, dancing and having fun.
Lots of families attended which was lovely to see after not being able to do this for so long.
Cott Hall you have amazing party’s my dad really enjoyed the day, and even commented again today how much he had enjoyed himself.
Thanks Kerry and team for all your amazing work.

The staff and residents of this home are happy.When visiting our relative we are warmly welcomed by both the staff and their charges .The residents individual needs ,some of which are challenging , are well catered for. The staff go over and beyond to make this place a home for their residents they feel safe and well cared for which is reassuring to us as relatives wanting the best for our loved one.

A wonderful home from home with very friendly staff. Every resident is treated as an individual and staff adapt their care to the needs of those in the home.
Residents move around the home as they need. There are seats and settees near the laptops when carers are record keeping if a resident needs space. There are chairs in TV lounges with dining tables for yet more choice of seating and company.
My aunt is a night bird and enjoys chatty to the staff during the night. It is quite common for her to have 3 different breakfasts during the night and then sleep during the day.
Other residents will get up or buzz the staff and have a fried egg sandwich. I bring my aunt fruit which she can keep in her room or in the kitchen refrigerator with her name on.
There is a large secure garden with lawns, flowerbeds and a patio. Residents wander in and out of the lounge during the day and sit on the many benches or chairs.
If a resident chooses to sit outside during the day they do. Staff make sure they are appropriately dressed and give them a buzzer to call staff if needed.
If you want a home where you know your relative is safe and well looked after, can be a lark or an owl and the family are also looked after then this is the home. I highly recommend it.

The staff at the care home are so friendly and helpful. Threw our dad/grandad a special 90th party and even got him a singer, would highly recommend to anyone. The care our relative receives is remarkable xx

Special thanks to Beth, Samera, Terry (the artist )and all the staff for helping to make dads 90th birthday so special. We all had a great time. Dads face was a picture when he saw us all. Look forward to joining you all at the next get together.
