More signage required at doctors surgery for pharmacy.
Great people and great place. Keep up the good community work on deliveries. Just glad I could help by changing the young lady's tyre (who works there) on her car tonight.
Probably a funny valve or slow puncture I think. Hope she gets it sorted.

Dear, oh dear what a shambles!! Clueless, gormless staff, inexplicable delays for simple prescriptions, excessive pricing of over the counter meds, a general state of confusion and disorganisation. Asked for a receipt for a private purchase and got given a sheet of A4 with hand written details of the medication. It looked like my grandson had written it. For the love of God, avoid even if its the only pharmacy open. Put up with the illness instead!

I always use this pharmacy and although they do get very busy at times (don’t most pharmacies), they are always extremely helpful and the staff are very polite! I wouldn’t use any other pharmacy, you can now contact them using Facebook messenger and they get back to you ASAP

Since it changed unfortunately it has pushed me to leave after 10 years. The wait for meds is too long, queing out the door, still rooting round looking for meds, rude staff, mentioned cost of meds infront of the whole shop, I’ve left and gone to Morrisons and fabulous service

Over 30 mins today waiting for my prescription.
Poor gentleman in there being told they weren't able to get his life saving insulin and he needed to go to another pharmacy. Girl said they'd checked with supplier and there was no stock. Man stood his ground as prescription was ordered 8 days before. Pharmacist came to speak to him and magically produced a box of 7 insulin pens! The guy was 79yrs old
Due to waiting 30 mins I got a ticket for parking on the adjacent road. 35.00 for a free prescription

Still the BEST pharmacy in Preston. Len, Fran and the team are fantastic. They always give time for their customers, no matter how busy they are. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys, we appreciate you ♥️

UPDATE 26/02/25: Unfortunately since Len recently leaving the pharmacy it has gone down hill massively. Queuing outside whilst it's rammed inside. I was waiting 45 minutes for a prescription that was ordered over a week prior. I can't even nip in to make purchases because of the long queues. Staff don't seem to be in a hurry which is very frustrating and there doesn't seem to be any organisation like there was. The phone has also been left off the hook so there's no way of calling in anymore.

I've been to this pharmacy two or three times and gone into the private consultation room. Very very quick to get in. Very helpful and caring. Sometimes I feel like this service is better than going to see an NHS doctor.
