I am happy to post a review for Shipston care as I consider myself very lucky to have found such a great local team of caring people. Shipston Care have been amazing in helping support my elderly father to remain independent in his own home. I live 100 miles away and cannot visit regularly. We started visits in late 2019 and Shipston Care have been flexible to get the right time and frequency for dad. He is supported by a small team of regular carers whom he has got to know over time and the different personalities provide variety. The app they use gives me a short visit report after every visit so I can check for any issues, but Shipston Care anyway call me from the office if they have any concerns. They are thoughtful about dad’s welfare and work really well in partnership to support him. They continued to visit through the Covid crisis and I am confident in the processes they put in place to keep everyone safe. Highly recommended based on the service that I have experienced.

Shipston Care have been an absolute god send for my parents, not to mention for my own peace of mind. They offer really flexible and reliable services. Not only do my parents feel much safer now, but having regular visits has given them a new lease of life - they see the care workers more as friends. The team are always willing to go the extra mile and show genuine kindness and compassion. I am so thankful we chose them.

When my mother became ill I had to organise care at very short notice. Shipston Care came highly recommended and I can see why. They were so quick to help us get a package set up, and so compassionate and understanding throughout the process, as it was all new to me. The carers are fabulous....mature, thoughtful and so kind. They are local too and felt very much part of the community. The quality of the provision is excellent, and at every step of our journey my mother and I have felt in such safe hands. Shipston Care have been so helpful and flexible when visiting my mother. We have a twice weekly visit for bathing but when she came out of hospital recently they stepped up the visits and equally cut back when she requested. The office staff make every effort to keep the visits to staff members that she knows and likes and they are always looking out for possible issues, dealing with them, liaising with other medical services before these become real problems. A great care team.

For over 6 years Shipston Care has provided care at home for my mother. The standard of care is very high. The carers are reliable and very popular with my mother. Thanks to Shipston Care she has been able to remain living at home for which we are all so grateful.

Shipston Care looked after my 99 year old mum for several months last year until she sadly passed away in November. Quite honestly, I couldn't have coped without them. They attended to mum's every need with kindness, respect and dignity. They were always on time, always smiling, and had conversations with mum which lifted her spirits and boosted her mood. Every carer we had was attentive and professional, and if they completed their care of mum with a little time to spare, they found other jobs to do for her such as hoovering the carpet or drying the dishes. The carers became mum's friends, as well as my friends, and we still keep in touch. Shipston Care afforded me some respite, particularly during mum's final weeks and I shall be eternally grateful to them.

Shipston Care provided exactly the right level of support for my aging father sharing physical care with genuine friendship while at the same time keeping us fully informed and regularly updated. Because of their care, dad was able to live in his own home until the end which was both peaceful and painless. Care costs money but never has money been so well spent. Once again, thank you.

Shipston Care have been helping me with my Grandmother for over a year now. They were able to set up the care package very quickly, we have 2 calls a day 7 days a week but they always try to accommodate taking my grandmother to appointments or moving call times to accommodate when they are able, which is a huge help. I can highly recommend them.
