I followed one of your "ambulances" from Bodmin this morning. First error was signalling right when exiting the roundabout onto the A38 causing confusion with cars approaching the roundabout. The next roundabout the cut straight across into the inside lane, thankfully the motorcycle anticipated this. Along the Glynn Valley they were simply unable to maintain a constant speed. At the dobwalls roundabout they cut into my lane, I had to sound my horn to avoid a collision. Then I get a ear full from some deranged looking woman for her atrocious driving. I wouldn't have you guys pick up my dead hamster let alone someone living.

My breathing became very difficult on Saturday 22nd June 2024. My wife rang 111 for advice and eventually 999 after it deteriorated further, within 2 hours an ambulance with a paramedic and trainee arrived.
Their names were Ollie and Alice they made me feel relaxed and carried out the most thorough examination and gave me a nebuliser bottle which made me feel much better.

The service was first class and I wanted to say thank you again to Ollie and Alice for being so understanding and helpful.

I am 75 and take no medication and consider myself reasonably fit for my age.

We have never called 999 before and hopefully never will need to again.

This service is the best we count our blessings.

Many thanks

Tony Martin

I want to thank Sarah & Jim who took me to Trelisk RCH on Saturday evening. They were professional, friendly, reassuring & totally amazing. It was a very scary time as I had sudden onset of an heart problem. I am so grateful to them for everything.

The ambulance service were due to pick up my step Mum from Eventide home at 2 pm yesterday to take her to Derriford for an appointment at 3.30 pm I am in the hospital waiting for her to arrive
I phoned Eventide at 3.20 to ask what time they had collected her to be told they had not arrived to collect her
I informed the receptionist who spoke to the surgeon whom she was meant to see He said the appointment would have to be rescheduled as it was too now too late
When your service took her for her preop in March they were 20 minutes late getting her to that appointment but they waited for her on that occasion
She is 90 years old and has been waiting for her hip replacement for 2 years
This is just not good enough
