Whilst my mother Shelia Paul was resident at Copper Beech she had the best care that any family could ask for.
All the staff went above and beyond in the way they treated her. I feel that the employer should be so lucky to have such dedicated staff. Finally when my mother past away you would think that would be the end of their work, but even then they surpassed themselves by sending flowers. It was totally unexpected and the most thoughtful gesture at this time of morning. I can only say thank you to all the staff for everything thing they did.
You are all amazing and a huge credit to your profession.

I have been impressed with the care mum has received since becoming a resident at Copper Beech. The staff are kind and caring and very friendly. The activities arranged for residents are many and varied. I feel everybody involved does their utmost to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We just wanted to say thank you so much to all the staff at Copper Beech who were so caring for my mum during her stay. Dealing with Alzheimers is challenging, but throughout mum was cared for in a very considerate way and I know she enjoyed her time there.
Mum was the third member of our family that has stayed at Copper Beech and we would thoroughly recommend to anyone requiring this type of care environment.

We have recently had to make the difficult decision to move my Grandmother into a care home. We choose Copper Beech and they’ve been exceptional. From the moment we enquired, Copper Beech have been nothing short of incredible. Nothing is too much bother and they constantly are striving for the absolute best.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They are so incredibly kind, genuine and caring that it feels they’re part Grandmother’s family now. They are so wonderful with her and will do everything and anything for her.

Her room is absolutely beautiful, it’s so spacious and constantly kept immaculately clean. They allowed us to bring as much of my Grandmother’s property as she wanted, which has really enabled the room to feel like hers.

The facilities are second to none and there is so much for my Grandmother to do. We are thrilled with their care and would highly recommend them.

My husband recently entered Copperbeech House for respite with a view to it becoming his care home permanently.
I cannot praise the home highly enough. The care shown to us both has been so kind and supportive making an extremely stressful time so much more bearable.
My husband tells me each time I visit how very kind the carers are. He is also enjoying his meals and the entertainment.

The entire staff are exceptional in every way especially when dealing with such a complex illness as dementia.
It was hard to see our mother declining but we were given advice along the way from dedicated nurses and carers.

The way Cooper Beech looked after my father was wonderful. The staff are not only are extremely competent, but kind and thoughtful too. If you are looking for a suitable nursing home, I would throughly recommend Cooper Beech.
