Cannot actually believe how rude the staff are in this coop. Patronising an old man at the till when he’s struggling to get his money out then interrupting me whilst asking about tobacco products behind the till (no I wasn’t going to ask you what flavour of vape you have) I think all the staff here need a kick up the ass

Rude staff when I went in this morning, they were using inappropriate language in front of younger children. The staff on till was very blunt and didn’t look have. The staff was getting people way, because they wouldn’t give up on their conversation about how they are getting treated working there. If they don’t like their job then find something else to do instead of moaning. My experience coming to the coop has been quite poor to due the staff and how they treat their customers- I think this is really unacceptable as it’s not just adults going there, there also children and old people. Have a bit of respect

We came here to get a few things whilst visiting the area. Though a busy bank holiday we were able to find parking in the lot right in front.

The store is small (perhaps 2-3 aisles) but still seemed to have options for all the basics we needed.

The two cashiers were also quite quick so waited only a couple minutes though half dozen people in front.

Okish. Not overly friendly checkout staff. Bit of a queue and the staff chatting to customers about anything and everything. Once i got to the front the lady begins the checkout looked up at me rolled her eyes and disappeared to do something other than serve me. Really. Not very nice experience.

Excellent shop but quite awkward shopping due to narrow aisles ....which we all have to accept as it is such a small store for all those good products . There's not much we can do about that !! It is just bulging with good things and the most essential element in the town .

We use this shop a lot most days and is usually good no problems but last night the manager was extremely rude to my sixteen year old son who went in to get a drink he picked up a drink went to the till and was asked for I d as it must have been a sugury drink so he said he did not have any I'd and went to change the drink to a different one he was then spoken to in a rude manner by the manager and accused of being in the shop eight times already and why are you in here again but my son said this is the first time I've been in her today he wasn't aloud to buy the drink and was asked to leave my son did tell the man he was rude, but I would have to if I was to go in there and get spoken to like that I would not be happy either get some peaple skills most of the staff are friendly but he clearly he is not regardless of what someone is buying they are a customer my son only had £2 on him so how could he be buying something eight times ¿
