Absolute disgrace!! Been sat waiting for my call to be answered for 45 minutes. I have been called number 1 in queue for the last 25 mins. They must be looking at the walls not the phone. No the wonder people can’t be chewed to sort issues they have out when you get ZERO response

Spoke with a nurse two weeks ago and she told me to think about my options and get back in touch, have been trying and failing to book an appointment since. Going to have to drag my newborn out and drive over as trying to ring is relentless. Shame as the staff are lovely, they just need a better booking system.

Move the family planning service reception, don’t inform the patients of where they have moved. When you come for a drop in they claim they don’t do it anymore and it’s “closed”. And pawn you off on another time to come down, then claim it’s full. Then repeat. Staff-rude. Absolutely shocking.
