Didn’t have the best experience. Tried to leave a detailed review but to many characters! Basically the hot tub wasn’t working, only 1 out of 4 hot beds were working, they kept us waiting as they were a therapist down and the gowns they provided had been folded wet so when we came to put them on as I needed the toilet and there isn’t one in there they smelt awful and were still damp. I had a massage and a facial which were initially ok and then I had an allergic reaction to the facial. We also had an ok afternoon tea but with hit and miss service depending on who you asked depended on whether you got it -ie asked 3 times for water! I contacted them and got a really poor response no apology and they tried to say they do not charge you extra for using the facilities which is not the case and they did not even attempt to address any of the issues that I raised over than the hot tub not working they completely excluded the hot beds and my allergic reaction in there response. Poor, very poor which is such a shame as the location is fab as you can see from the pics I took in the cafe afterwards. One things for sure I won’t be going back as the facilities are not adequate for 8 people only 1 shower, and like I say no warning until we got there that things were not working. Sorry I am not able to post the actual response you sent me but you did not ask for any pictures and if damp is your washing powder -then you need to make adjustments! Rude brush off email was what I received and most points not even acknowledged or considered -no threats were made I simply said I was contacting you before reviewing -but blocking me on Facebook really does tell you the level of pettiness we are dealing with!

The place is beautiful in an idyll setting, the staff are super friendly and the massage was perfect, pressure and relaxation balanced for our needs. Value for money as the therapists made the massage work for what we needed. We will be booking back in and telling friends to come too

Great knowledge and skin care advice from Sam. She is very good at explaining what will happen and putting you at ease. Sam is excellent at massage, she carries out the routine at a nice pace, quietly allowing you to relax and always says there is no need to hurry which I very much appreciate. Thank you Sam.

Treated myself to a pedicure and full body massage ahead of my 40th birthday. Huge thanks to Chloe for an incredible first experience at Contours! Stayed for afternoon tea afterwards as well and the whole team were fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Went today with 3 friends for the Mothers Day Package. The treatments were relaxing and calming and staff were very knowledgeable about the products they were using. The products were tailored to your skin type so perfect for me. A massive thankyou to my therapist Lesley who made my experience a very memorable and therapeutic one. Afternoon tea in Whinns was the perfect end to a lovely afternoon. I would highly recommend to anyone.

What an amazing afternoon at Contours Day Spa on Saturday. I regularly have treatments here - which are always great, however for some reason hadn't tried the Spa. It was fabulous, I had no idea what I was missing out on! I really can't recommend it highly enough, loved having the sole use of the spa facilities and the massage and facial were divine. Delicious lunch afterwards too. I'm hoping to make it a regular occurrence - thank you so much to the lovely ladies who looked after us xxx

My friends and I did the Heavenly Spa Day yesterday! We had exclusive use of the spa for an hour and half, we all had a back massage and facial in our hour with the therapists and then to complete the day a two course meal in Whins. It was all perfect, the spa is relaxing and spotless, the outdoor jacuzzi was a great bonus and we all agreed all of our treatments were some of the best we’ve had! Great value for money 🌟

This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. Lovely views, nice coffee and great nails. It was all excellent and Chloe was very welcoming and lovely. I will be back no doubt.
