I started with katharine around 4 months ago and I can’t believe the difference pilates has made to my life. I wonder why I didn’t try it sooner. Katharine is amazing. She is so in tune with every movement and has a great way of explaining things to help you make a small adjustment that in turn makes a massive difference - whether that’s using a fancy spine model or a bit of flexible hose!. The equipment in the studio is immaculate. I would absolutely recommend connected pilates to anybody thinking about trying it out. Worth every penny!

Katharine is a fantastically motivational Pilates Instructor and I can't believe how far I've come in the time I've known her. The studio is well equipped and a joy to work in and the online zoom classes work better than I had expected, meaning I have no excuse not to get my practice in!
