Absolutely terrible service! ! ! I have been waiting 2 years for another steroid nerve blocking injection just because the staff is unprofessional and they think they are smarter than the consultant. They cancelled my appointment twice without any information on the treatment day's, it's just nonsense and disgusting service!!!I'm fed up with this Clinic after good couple's years of my exspirance, I can say they should not provide any services because they have no idea about it, they are incompetent and they think that people have time for the stupid games they play!! NOT people who are constantly suffering painful need a doctor's help, not lies, avoidance of confrontation, lack agruments and disregarding us patients!!!Shutdown this service because wages go every month for nothing's!!!!

To whom it may concern,

I had the displeasure of experiencing Liam this morning.

Who before I could finish my sentence was telling me what I cannot do. I hadn't even finished explaining the purpose of my call before he was telling me that he wouldn't help.

I asked to speak to my specialist and was told I could not , I had yet to explain in full why I needed to speak with him, and DID NOT get a chance to explain that it was in fact my GP that has suggested I speak to my specialist.

Liam is rude, bordering on aggressive, and I found his complete disregard for my request and /or pain requirements verging on intimidating.

I will also place this review on the Web site so other patience are made aware yo be very careful when speaking to Liam.

As per other reviewers. I had one test, it was negative, so it's an online course in self management despite me having concerns that I haven't been properly tested for all sources of pain. Staff said 'We're not an investigative service', so I don't know what they'd call the one test they did bother to do. Was advised to access another pain service if I want further investigation. Great, thanks!
As an active person who's had lots of physio for the issue and self managed pain for over a decade, to come for help, to be left waiting for weeks or months in between appointments that lasted barely ten minutes over the phone, it's just the kind of rubbish service you often find from companies like this who are outsourced by the NHS.

Absolutely shocking service cancelled my long awaited face to face meeting on the morning I had been booked to see them I'm self employed so have lost money taking time off for the meeting as a service provider to the NHS you should be ashamed INCOMPETENT WASTE OF NHS MONEY

Absolutely shocking service, all they did is talk to me about my pain for nearly a year, then after they told me there's nothing they can do took 2 months to send a letter to my doctor to tell him lol what a joke of a place

Unbelievable,I have been waiting for help for excruciating spinal pains and sciatica and my GP referred me to connect health and all they can do is discuss my pain with me and not help in any way with pain relief

Shocking Service NHS Should drop them. I was transfered to this company when the pandemic started, what a huge mistake. I have not received any treatment. They are charging the NHS for treatment they are providing me which is basically fraud. I have now lodge a complaint against this company and speaking to the newspapers about them. I have lodged four complaints about this company and received lots of false promises. If you are considering going to this pain clinic then don't. dont let your doctor transfer you to them, you will regret it like I have done. They are not professional and do not care about the patient

This service has been invaluable to me. One particular occupational therapist is Sophie. She's amazing and such a joy to talk to. They don't explore pain management with just medication or exercise. They involve mindfulness, yoga and Thai chi. I would recommend this service for anyone who has issues with chronic pain
