Not happy with the service. First of all, nowhere to park. Given that this a musculoskeletal service, it makes no sense. I have been seen by a physiotherapist on time but there was no time during the appointment to actually demonstrate to me how to perform the recommended exercises. Instead I received a name of the app to download to view the exercises. As a result I am not sure if the exercises are performed correctly in order to benefit me. Also I have been advised that I can communicate with the practitioner through the physio app. There is no such function. I called to ask about this issue and have been told that this is just the way it is. The physio also asked me to book another appointment in the next 4-6 weeks. I called about it to find out that I am unable to do so as there isnā€™t a single appointment available. Have been advised to keep calling the number about cancellations which I will not be doing. Also have been waiting to see a hand specialist for 2 months now as a priority referral. Havenā€™t heard about the appointment other than there is a backlog and they will call me maybe in 4 weeks. I am really sorry to say but this service is a total mistake and I find their treatment of patients disrespectful. I didnā€™t have high hopes but did not expect it to be so unhelpful. I need help but the service received was a waste of my time and a waste of resources. As unhelpful as I experienced it to be, it still costs money to put me in the room with their physio. It was a sad example of the mismanagement of nhs funds and a box ticking exercise. I really hope that other people will have a better luck with this place. Otherwise I hope it will shut down asap to be replaced with another and better run service.

The website is clear you canā€™t park at the building but there are lots of parking options around it. McDonaldā€™s for a start or Decathlon or the Elms shopping parade which is free for 2 hrs and a 10 min walk max. My appointment was bang on time. Received good advice and exercise program and was back in the car 20 mins later.

Absolutely rubbish service. Back in May my doctor contacted you to arrange the next stage if my medical issues, I received confirmation you had received and were getting ready to make my appointment and that I would hear back no later than July 31st. Well you are over your allotted time and I am still no closer to finding out whatā€™s doing on with my body. If this is the way you treat patients Iā€™m not sure I would trust your doctors or nurses to look after me. Privatisation of the NHS is the only way forward. I am a private patient I pay for private medical insurance but I need to go through you first for a date before I can contact my private to get seen quicker.

You best have a good excuse ready for keeping me waiting, as I am very willing to sue for mental stress caused by not knowing why my health is deteriorating. You are a great representation of what is wrong with our healthcare system I say this because the first steps that lead to this, were just as appalling when you cancelled an appointment due to a clerical error in your side because somebody made my appointment for a clinic that didnā€™t exist on that day. You did this over text you didnā€™t even call.

The appalling state of the place is that there is no parking available. There is a parking lot and the boards say you have to register your car with the business. When you enter the place you receive notice that there is no parking.
And half the people visiting don't have the best mobility and will need some sort of transportation anyway.
