Stay well clear of them , hard to get an appointment when told to call a 8am in the morning . Now that Dr talfer is gone they have a new parter Dr Davis and he calls up patience and change the medic on the fly. Stay well, clear of them.

We’ve been trying to book an appointment for ages but have been met with the same issues over and over again. Every time we call at 8am (when the practice opens), we physically cannot call, the line states it’s busy and we’re left repeatedly pressing “call back” usually for 40 minutes until we get through and told to call back tomorrow.

I did an Econsoltation and specifically explained that we are having this issue but was told to just call the practice. How can we when the line PHYSICALLY does not work.

My partner (who is disabled and not able to book an appointment) hasn’t had a GP appointment in literal years due to how terrible this practice is. He’s now not able to get the help he needs as we are completely unable to reach out to the GP.

If you can help it, don't use this surgery. Reception staff are arrogant and unhelpful, booking system is "call on the morning of" yet when they have to book your child in because doctors at hospital made them, they don't have appointments that are outside of school hours therefore making your child miss so much school unnecessarily. Medication reviews are few and far between and heaven forbid you actually speak up for yourself or child, they'll make your life hell. A very vindictive set of human beings. If you value your healthy and that of your loved ones, go somewhere else.

Was messaged wrong doctor surgery for my appointment so ended up missing it as the surgery was closed, which resulted in me losing money as i had to pay for an taxi to get there and back, also arrange childcare, was given an email to rebook and my email are being bounced back. Poor communication.

I particularly can't stand a secretary who often answers the phone; every time I ask for help for my two and a half year old son fortunately not often I never manage to have a quick check up for him... the child still doesn't speak and I don't know what he has so she asks if he has this or this anything else is ridiculous, I will definitely change GP after a year, I can't take it anymore, especially this rudeness…!

1. Call up about a painful coil as smear test due anyway. Get told a Dr will call me back
2. Get a call back from Dr the day after, Dr puts notes on and tells me to call up and request NURSE to do both
2. Call up, request nurse to do both, get told DOCTORS can only do it, get told I will be called within "a few days" by a Dr
3. Request put as "call back from anyone" not doctor. Notes aren't read by admin, get fobbed off with "put on waiting list" for coil and booked in for smear
4. Call up yet again to point out that it costs twice as much and takes twice as much time to have two separate appointments for something that I have never had issues with booking at other surgeries.
5. Get told someone will look into it but I'm not holding out much hope.

Receptionists and admins rush through to get things off their desk as quickly as possible instead of doing the job properly. As an ex medical receptionist who knows what the process is, this is terrible!!

One of my parents is a partner at another practice and agrees that this is a lengthy and unnecessary process.

I've been trying to get an appointment for almost a month now via telephone and Ask My GP. I have been logging onto the service at 8am daily but the service is never available. When I call to get an appointment they say to request online and that the service was open (a complete lie). The service worked fine until recently but now it's just ridiculous! I need to be seen urgently for a number of issues, but I don't want to waste the valuable time of A&E staff. It is not acceptable service in the slightest.
