This was our second time visiting, we loved it so much. We got the orchard cabin and can’t recommend it enough. It was the sleep soundly package on a Sunday night for our anniversary and every second was perfect. I do think the spa could do with more attention as its a little dated and doesn’t quite match the aesthetics of the rest of the hotel. But other than that I can’t fault it. Service was incredible, everyone was so kind. The receptionist even took her shoes off when showing us our cabin! So much attention to detail.

Always an amazing experience at Congham hall, visited yesterday for the 3rd time this year, the hotel is so homely, clean and comfortable.|You can check in from 12 and use the spa, we arrived around 2 and our room was ready so we checked in and went to the spa.|This is the best spa at any hotel it’s clean and not too busy! The lady who works there is so lovely I didn’t get her name but the last few times she’s been there and she’s great. The spa has everything you need and there’s an out door hot tub which the nice lady assured me about the temp as I’m pregnant it was a good peace of mind to know the temp. |The rooms are clean and comfortable the bed was huge we stayed in mallow which was on the ground floor right between the spa and restaurant the room also had a little courtyard where you can sit out and look at the cows which is cute even though it’s cold! |We had a bath and a shower which was nice as last time we had a shower over the bath! |The food is incredible in the restaurant never had a bad meal, the only one thing I would say is the menu has been pretty much the same every time we have been this year, they do have specials tho so we opted for that! The service is amazing at both dinner and breakfast, breakfast was great so much choice. |Another great stay for my birthday will be back again next year!!

We had lunch under the Norfolk Restaurant meals week. The staff were welcoming and service excellent. There was a lovely atmosphere and surroundings were comfortable and warm.| The food was well-presented and delicious. We were all impressed and particularly enjoyed the homemade bread. |All in all a brilliant occasion- we will be returning and highly recommend it.||.

Excellent lunch in beautiful surroundings - a real escape from the stress of the world. ||Attended with some colleagues for a working lunch. The three course menu offers a lovely selection for all tastes. Service was excellent and the wine lovely too. ||I don’t think there are many places in the area with such beautiful interiors.

The best afternoon tea in the area. Staff are really friendly, answering all our questions. The afternoon was very civilised, the surroundings added to the event. If you want that little bit extra service and food quality, I would highly recommend Congham Hall.

What a wonderful place! So relaxing, calm and peaceful. ||We had one of their best garden rooms, which was extremely spacious and clean and very adequate for our 5-night stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable we'd ever slept in. ||The staff were so kind and helpful to us and our little dog, the spa beautiful and the food second to none. ||We can't wait to have an excuse to go back.

Just returned having two days in the best garden Peony room. Yet again failed to disappoint. Clean light and airy. An enjoyable relaxing stay. |Lovely breakfast each morning of which you could choose off the menu Cooked breakfasts,pastry's,fruits cereals and toasts. |Three course evening meal was nice and you didn’t feel rushed between courses. The spa was average however the treatments were wonderful as well as the outdoor hot tub.|For a nice relaxing time this is the place to go.

We had a fantastic experience here last month. Our room was so beautiful and clean. The food was perfect every evening and the breakfast first class. I can also say the staff were so friendly and very attentive during our stay. We will deffo be returning some time soon
