I initially went to Complete Health on an offer to have a back health check up. Well I haven’t look back! My fear of back pain is over! Patrick is so patient, welcoming and knowledgable in what he does. His passion for chiropractic work shines through in his practice!!! In the few months that I have been seeing Patrick my back is in the best condition it has ever been and my quality of life has greatly improved due to the mobility I now have in my back.

I have been using Complete Health in Eastbourne for the last 2+ years. I initially came to Complete Health as an emergency; having driven in to town, my back "went" whilst getting out of the car - I could hardly walk. Thankfully George "fitted me in" after his last official apt of the morning. George identified the issue, treated it gently in the first instance, gave me a few exercises to do over the next few days, and booked a further follow up appointment for me later that week. The home exercises worked brilliantly to start strengthening my back and the follow up manipulation and massage had me back to full movement in a short while. I've needed to return occasionally, if I've felt my back "tweak", and have always found the Reception team brilliant at finding a good match for appointment dates and times. Other members of my family use Complete Health too and have found the Physio and Podiatrist excellent as well. I like it that Complete Health uses a very holistic approach, there is a general atmosphere of calm, professional, personal care. I would recommend them.

Patrick is an amazing Chiropractor and very impressed with his knowledge and therapy so far.
I have also experienced sports massages with George and these are actually the best massages I have ever had. George combines various techniques including acupuncture, massage gun, massage and Osteopathy.
I can definitely recommend Patrick and George.

Had a shoulder injury that stopped me working. Booked a deep tissue massage with Georgio and left feeling a little better. Over the last few weeks I had one each week and every time it got a little easier to move and get back to work. Nearly back to 100%. But I'll keep up maintaining my sessions with him to keep my body working right. He demonstrates a vast amount of knowledge and techniques, knowing problems I've had with my body without me even telling him. Most of all he is a very professional, friendly and fast to build a positive relationship with everyone he meets. Definitely can't recommend him enough. Thanks George
