My wife and I used Complete Fertility for reciprocal IVF. The staff were absolutely fantastic, from the knowledgable and supportive donor team (Amy and Julie) to all the nurses and everyone involved with our treatment. We felt very well looked after at all times and had every step of the way explained in detail and all questions fully answered.
We were able to have consultations via zoom to save us some travel. The facilities are amazing, with free hot drinks as well.
We had a great journey with Complete and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone. Thank you to everyone at Complete, we are both so grateful for your help in creating our family.

We came to Complete Fertility back in 2022 for a couples fertility check up after over a year of TTC unsuccessfully. We found all the staff we saw to be lovely and helpful. Following our checks we had a consultation with the wonderful Prof Cheong who went through our results in detail and gave fantastic advice. There was no sales push for additional treatment at that point, just kind advice for us to try a bit longer. Pleased to say she was absolutely right and we now have our beautiful daughter! Definitely recommend Complete for fertility checks - even if it just provides reassurance, or if you find more treatment is required, I’m certain it will all be done to the highest quality and most importantly, with kindness.

Me and my husband decided to go through fertility treatment after a few years of trying for a baby unsuccessfully. We have found this clinic through NHS which referred us here. From the first time we have call them and asked them about their waiting list and till we had our first scan at 7 weeks our experience has been one very pleasant and positive. Everyone has been so lovely and friendly, helpful, supportive, in one word amazing.
They are a great team and I am happy that we have decided to share our journey with them

I am the mother of a beautiful three month old daughter thanks to Complete Fertility. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were professional and personable at all times. They talked me through everything so I felt I knew what to expect. The Embryologists in particular were amazing, we only had one viable embryo and they kept us regularly informed of progress. The on call service was also great as it was reassuring to know that you could call a midwife at any time should you have any questions about injections, etc. I found the injections ok to be honest. The only negative was that it took a long time for us to commence treatment meaning I was 35 so ineligible for one free go.
