Asked for mental health support was told to go online... I thought my doctor was supposed to help me, not turn me away and dump me on someone online? Just wanted to know if they could arrange an appointment with a therapist or anyone but no, that's not my doctors job apparently. So, just lovely to know that my doctor "really cares" about their patients. So thank you so much for turning me away and essentially making me feel rejected. ?

I've only seen my doctor once and don't get me wrong she is really lovely but, I can't even book an appointment to see her until 9th November... so I guess I'm just supposed to "deal with it"?
Edit: I booked for a phone appointment, I missed the call by a few seconds, they didn't ring back. I am having serious suicidal thoughts. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NOT MAKING SURE IM OK ?

I understand these are difficult times, but am unable to even get in touch to cancel an appointment. Contacting the surgery has been disable on their website, so you have to try to get through on the phone, which is virtually impossible first thing in the morning. Very frustrating.

As with a lot of other people my main concern is with getting through to a receptionist, to speak to a doctor is impossible.
