I’ve been a regular customer at this pharmacy for quite some time now, and my experience has consistently been outstanding. The staff is always courteous, professional, and attentive, making every visit pleasant and stress-free. They take the time to explain medications clearly, answer any questions I have, and ensure that I feel informed and comfortable with my prescriptions.

One of the things I appreciate most is how efficient and well-organized the entire process is—from submitting a prescription to receiving a pickup notification. The level of service is pathetic. As a patient you do not expect to be called in to the see the pharmacist and told on arrival that “we are sorry but pharmacist is not available. Please leave your number behind and we will call you”

A patient is referred to the pharmacist for a reason , it’s not a joke that a patient in pain makes his way to the pharmacy and then he is sent back home, saying that we will call u when pharmacist is available.

I stand corrected . They did make a genuine mistake and since I was in a lot of pain, my inconvenience was magnified. But the pharmacist is an amazing individual. I can’t thank him enough for his help. Good job guys a big thank you. And my apologies to all the staff for my uncomfortable words.

Amazing place the man that works that is amazing and helped me out loads they didn’t have the prescription in for my newborn and he went out of his way to get me something different to last until it came in just to help my baby out for a couple of days!

They don't have any return or exchange policy of medicines,, so be aware of taking any medicine,, incase you bought any medicine and you want to swap/refund ,, they will denie straight away..
Also they charge more than a double of actual price in the local shops,,,

We rung this pharmancy when my niece went into the hospital and then hospice and they still ordered her medication and delivered it to a empty property
Rung them on the 12th august to say she had passed away and they never updated their records.
Rerung them on the 22nd august and they still hadnt updated their records accordingly after the gp confirmed theyd rung and ordered her pescription on the 5th the day she was moved into the hospice

Best pharmacy in Burnley. Never fail to try to do the best for their customers. Always friendly and the staff are lovely. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. They’ve always gone above and beyond to try to help me.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff at Colne Road Pharmacy. I rang them today to see if they are offering flu jabs for over 50s. The lady I spoke to was really friendly and helpful and told me I could come straight away for my jab. Everywhere else I had phone you needed an appointment. As I am Key Worker doing shifts this was difficult for me. It was a massive relief finding somewhere I could just walk in and have it, especially as I work with public all day long and am at more risk of getting flu.
The gentleman who administered my jab was friendly and extremely professional. He took my name and asked for permission to look at my medical record. He then checked it was safe to give me my jab so that it would not react with medications I am already on. Five minutes later it was all sorted. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend the pharmacy to everyone.
