Disgusting pharmacy attitude. Mature Lady with greying light long hair tutting, rolling her eyes, muttering under her breath, contradicting what we have been told and speaking to us like dirt. Have had an amazing time at this surgery for years. Great mutual rapport and manners and respect, often taking chocolates for the pharmacy team. Useful, if you don’t like your job, quit!

A very caring surgery. All staff that I have encountered here have been professional, understanding and supportive.
Moved into the area last year and compared to our last practice , Collingham surgery is fabulous! Receptionists answer the phone promptly and listen carefully to your concerns and have always managed to get me or my family member an appointment without fuss. The doctors/nurses here that we have seen have been knowledgeable and supportive.

Working withing the NHS as a clinician myself I feel it's important to recognise excellence where I see it. I have recently moved to the area and I have to say the surgery is fantastic. The GP I saw today was thorough, knowlageable and most importantly empathetic and kind. I also must say the receptionists and call handlers I have spoken to have been very much the same. Trying to get a non urgent appointment is impossible. Why can't I book a few weeks down the line ? Why do I have to call every morning at 8am to join a mile long que to be told sorry no appointments. Why are they not in the 21st century and using on line appointments. The pre recorded voice tells you this is the best way for heavens sake . !!!!

It's disappointing that it's still not possible to book an appointment online, this really needs to change.
