Thank you to the reception and office staff who allowed me to measure my weight to record on my weekly medical weight loss plan. It is part of my doctor's referral, and is very important for my future health.

Have seen all the doctors there . All efficient. It was nice to have a Dr who had empathy as does Dr Yong. She leaves in November to carry on training. Our loss. I hope she never becomes too busy to show care. Otherwise, this practice is excellent. I love Hattie who welcomes everyone when she is there. An excellent practise. I highly recommend

Sorry for a very late review was on holiday with my wife at West Learmouth in February 2020 and this practice was amazing helping my wife who had finished chemo in the January.
A lot better than our own doctors in Derbyshire.

Made me wait 2 months for a cervical screening that I should have gotten 6 weeks after giving birth because of having abnormalities found while pregnant, sent me a confirmation for the appointment a few days before and then when I arrive for the appointment, a rude woman at reception very defensively tells me someone tried to call me to cancel the appointment the day before because I had recently moved and switched medical practices- but I had no missed call or voicemail, which she could not account for. Apart from the inconvenience (having moved the drive was half an hour) now I’m going to have to wait god knows how long again until I can be checked to see if my abnormalities have developed into cancer, and it’s already nearly 5 months since I’ve given birth. I recognise that this unbelievable disorganisation and failure to provide important healthcare in a timely fashion is largely the fault of the dire state the NHS is in , but I really do not appreciate the lack of accountability taken by, not to mention lack and of professionalism and sympathy, demonstrated by the front desk.

First class service! I don't live in the area and needed to see a doctor so I called the centre and within 10 minutes a doctor called me and I had an appointment within an hour. Highly recommended by me. Thank you to all involved in getting me seen so quickly.
