Made two appointments for a flu jab. Lady in queue directly in front of us had been sent by GP for flu jab no appointment ..we were made to wait until after thus lady for our jabs...which were 1130 and 1145.. finally got jab at 1200. Why have an appointment system if walking can jump the queue?

Great pharmacy, friendly staff and wide range of products in stock. I came in 10 minutes before closing one Saturday and they were still happy to sort my prescription same day, even with many other customers already waiting. (And even then they managed to dispense it very fast.)

Life or death medication put my script in over two week ago and gave me part script lasting few days now they refuse to give me my script back so I can go to another chemist. If I make it though the night it will be bonus first time ever this and happen in over 10 years 365 days without my meds I’m now risk to public

Good service, but they need to get the lift fixed as ppl with prams, elderly and disabled are not able to access the chemist,the bell doesn't always work either
