I overheard the receptionist today explaining to a lady how to use online, she was so lovely and patient with her. Today I spoke to someone on phone, the the Advanced Nurse Practioner, then the receptionist - hats off to you all. Everyone is so friendly, cheerful and helpful

This GP strangely does not allow appointments for their registered patients. I called up today and was told no appointments were available, at any point for the foreseeable future.

Not sure what this surgery is doing with our taxes if they don't allow appointments to be booked... Strange

I’m new to Cobbs Garden surgery and had my first appointment with a doctor yesterday. Have to say I was very impressed - with the efficiency of reception, the willingness of the Doctor to help me with my questions, her proactive approach to finding solutions and generally her friendly manner. Having been a patient at the practice for 22 years, it's been very sad to see the demise of a once great surgery. It's now 5 weeks to get a routine GP appointment and 3 weeks to see a physio. The Royal College of GP's state that the average wait time to se a GP is two weeks; why is Cobbs Garden such an outlier? I will now have to use money I cannot afford to seek private health care. Shame on you

My goodness we now have to phone everyday in order to get a routine appointment when the doctors 'release' more appointments absolutely appalling, nothing on the announcement to tell you that before you call! I pity the poor receptionists they are doing the best they can under 3rd world conditions right now.

Dr Harman / olney is kind is truly amazing when really needed. Dr Harman followed everything through for us until help was received and communication was great from her when we most needed it.

Last week my daughter waited on the phone for over 1/2 an hour before being cut off. This week she pressed for a call back which never materialised meaning I had to come across and pick her up to drive there, only for the less than helpful front staff to to tell her nothing can be booked until after 1. No acknowledgement of the call back issue or apology.
