Offers nothing but tragedy! Separate me with my baby just because my ex made up some evidence, never investigated, never called for visit, just ambushed me and took my boy away from me ! This is the place need to be gone. Or change of the staff as they are pure evil and racism

Ombudsman won’t deal with my complaints towards social workers in Clyde bank. Clyde bank social workers refused to write me emails for stages prove.
Here is what you need to know about what you’ve done to me :
1, Social workers in west Dunbartonshire has never contacted me for visit, but they excused have informed my partner, and he was obviously leaving by the time they arrived.
2, when I explained that I was not feeling safe, wishing to install a lock, and worried if my child gets taken when I'm working away, they have never took a concern about me, instead, they look at my ex partner for his made up evidence, and verbal lies.
3, after I have been framed by my ex, they suggested to kick me out while my ex held the baby, and never called me once to ask if I was feeling safe, and if my words were compromised and under threat.
4, As a chinese, I have been silenced, ignored, as they don't believe I can speak English. They Have always been racism from the beginning, crossed my permission to visit out of uninvited, then sneak behind me suggested my ex to take my baby away and disappear from my eye sight, without investigating, after heart brokers event happened,I called to confirm and try to get my side of story to upload, they ignored, I then sending them all my evidence, they excused viewing my evidences is going against their IT policy.
5, Refuse to arrange me a supervised visit between me and my baby boy, they have devalued my human right as well as my nationally, by offering no apologies, no regrets, no investigation, no call back. They didn't take any fault, expect me to behave like the rest of the Chinese which is staying silent and pay a lot of solicitor money.
6, the whole organization is setup for heartbrokens and tears, it couldn't do anything to take the fault,or make up

for the mistakes, it will damage so many more families with international backgrounds, and of course the type of man using foreign woman as a birth mule, and made up evidence to rid of her right after the child is able to go nursery .
You need to give me justice.
This is too painful
I was the prime carer of my child
The man can sleep till whenever he wishes
I did all my chores with joy Fed my baby with giggles
I certainly do not deserve this

Precede to stage 2 complaint please I need more authorities to report to.
