I'm sure the doctors and nurses are great but I was really disappointed by the rudeness of receptionist Jackie Smith, who refused to allow me to use the lavatory for reasons that she was unable to provide, seemingly out of sheer pettiness because I happen not to be registered there. What happened to common courtesy?

Booking system to see a GP is extremely poor and insufficient for the number of patients looked after. I've spent days trying to get an appointment for my daughter. Having said that, GPs are great when you can actually see one.

Close Farm Surgery is great. The team at Close Farm are dedicated, sympathetic and highly effective. I go to the doctor's very rarely, but every time I have contacted the surgery, I have always received superb care and feel extremely grateful that we have such an excellent health system. In particular, Dr. Singh and the wonderful receptionists treated me for an issue that after a month of self-care was getting steadily worse. Each time I rang the surgery, I was able to speak to Dr. Singh within an hour. Dr. Singh prescribed me some medication and within an hour of taking the first dose, I felt a significant improvement. Thank you very much for your care and please keep up with the good work at what must be an extremely challenging time.

Warning about close farm surgery. Glad not to be with them much longer and moving away from their catchment area their behaviour of their management and one particular doctor at the surgery is disgusting. Will be going further by going higher up than their management making accusations toward a disabled patient. They won't do anything to help their patients who ask for certain medications they have asked for that have had medications before for their health problems. Their attitude is disgusting avoid close farm surgery like the plague.

Always helpful & friendly receptionist. Dr Singh is very good as showed me diagrams on computer regarding problems with my shoulder, extremely nice person. Plenty of information on boards about carers etc. Plenty of magazines to read. Children's play area. Nice & clean seating area.

Are the doctors here even qualified?
Myself and partner have been visiting this practice for the last few years. They have misdiagnosed on several occasions and even had to google my symptoms once, which i could have done at home. Very unprofessional... The receptionist always comes across rude and abrupt. Not a difficult task to smile and make your patients feel welcome is it.
I am looking at changing surgeries as i fear for my health going here.
