Since my medical issues last year, the doctors have been very caring & understanding. Nothing is to much trouble. When things did not go to plan after my op, they have been more caring & helpful, nothing seems to much trouble.

Useless receptionists! Call up at 8 and when you get through they hang up on you and don’t call back. If you call back you then end up 50 something or higher and not getting appointment. Worst doctors I’ve ever signed up for!

Had a great experience with Clerklands yesterday. Sometimes GPs get a bad wrap but yesterday Clerklands showed me the system still works. Rang up at 08:00 to get an appointment, doctor phoned me back at 08:30, appointment at 09:40. Pick up my prescription at 10:15. Thank you. Hopefully be back to full fitness by Christmas.

Booking the first appointment of the day is no good. Staff arrive late then have a good chat before accepting patients. Experienced this on at least 3 occasions so take it as the norm. Why not start the appointments at 8 so everyone can get their social out of the way without raising expectations and making people late for their own work?

Nobody in this surgery listens to a word you say. Not the Doctors or the reception staff. The only way to contact into go to the surgery yourself. Or hang on the phone for ages. Their systems are out dated. If they were a private business they would have gone bankrupt years ago. Customer care doesn't exist. They have forgotten they are there for our benifits and not the other way round.
