Dirty dusty shop looks like it hasnt been cleaned for months. No one must have checked the site before Covid or flu jabs were given out. Because there shouldnt be doing them with a shop in a right state. Cobwells stuck between lynx packs. Spillages not cleaned up on the floor. And thick dust on the Tv. Not to mention the Cobwells etc hanging from the ceiling and on the units.

First time here for Covid and Flu jabs today. Great and friendly service. While waiting for my turn, witnessed a bustling pharmacy with kind and helpful staff. Thank you!

staff were very friendly and helpful. pharmacy itself looks pretty run down but what NHS service isn’t!

Awful customer service!

Despite requesting a prescription in advance, all I was told upon arrival is they're out of stock. It was critical for my health that I had this medication, but no empathy or support was given by the staff. I was pretty much told, "not our problem, find somewhere else!".

I find in this sort of setting, staff should show care, empathy and support, as many of its customers will be vulnerable people. However, this is by far not the case.

Partner left there is tears after being yelled at by the manager. He was incredibly rude, despite my partner remaining very polite. Will be avoiding this pharmacy and would NOT recommend it.

I booked a Covid booster appointment but I needn't have bothered. There was no indication of where to report for an appointment, so I was not asked for my name and time when I arrived, and I eventually discovered that some of the people sitting or standing away from the counter were waiting for vaccinations rather than prescriptions. With an appointment for 9.50 I sat down at 9.45 next to a man who said he was down for 10.15, but he was invited in first, apparently just because he was nearer and was assumed to the head of a queue I did not know existed. If you 'walk in', you may be disappointed if there is too much demand, but appointments should be kept to as far as possible. Poor organisation, but the vaccinator was friendly and efficient when I got in.

Appalling service . I am not complaining of the queues ( I expected long queues and in fact the queues and the waiting were reasonable) It is the attitude of the staff including the person who was vaccinating .
The person who was distributing forms to fill looked like she didn’t want to be there .I took my elderly mother for her flu vaccine today and she stepped over the marked line on the floor while waiting for her jab . Instead of asking her to move the lady who was distributing to the forms put her hand on my mother and asked her to move . My mother lost her balance and had to steady herself . When I inquired about it there was no apology .
The person who was vaccinating never acknowledged or looked at either of our faces . When asking questions about personal details from my mother ,she was closing her eyes and showing impatience . As a medical professional I have been involved with flu clinics in the past and I have never seen such attitude by any of the medical professionals. I had to have my flu jab recently with my GP surgery and the service was efficient and bedside manners of the vaccinator was excellent. Such contrast in services in two different places .

Many thanks for giving me a Covid jab. I had a long wait because the queue included both those who had booked and other walk in patients. I suggest that separate times are provided for separate categories. But it was worth the wait!
