A very welcoming, professional and courteous service experienced from everyone I met at Clearer Hearing. The procedure and equipment being used was clearly explained and shown to me and Charlotte took time to talk everything through with me and provided advice. Got an appointment very quickly when other local services have 3 week waiting times. Would thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely great. I went for a hearing test but before having the hearing test we had an in depth discussion about my current hearing aids upplied by the NHS. Professional to the end, I was told after examination that I had Glue Ear and was recommended three times a day putting my head over a bowl of water with Vic Vapour Rub or Olbas Oil and inhale. I did this and immediately felt the benefit. I also have a reading to give to my local NHS Doctor who is a ENT Specialist. Whilst I was there they helped pair one of my hearing aids to the MyPhonax app but the other wouldn't work. During all this time they could have sold me hearing aids and not cured the problem. Very ethical and I shall return once I have had a proper ENT exam by the NHS or I might even go to the Spire. Thank you so much. Honesty and Integrity are always something I look for.

I cannot believe I haven’t done a review yet!
One of the BEST places ever to get your ears sorted out.
I frequently have trouble with my ears and have always come here (but one time, went somewhere else which was awful) and the girls are simply AMAZING!!
They are extremely friendly and professional and put you at ease straight away. No pain and I feel as if I can hear a pin drop. I would not ever go anywhere else! So helpful!
